RATE SCHEDULE
Daily $77.00 (Includes Electric)
Weekly $418.00 (Includes Electric)
Monthly $853.00 + Electric - April thru December
New Tenants & Snowbirds $953.00 + Electric - Jan, Feb, Mar
6 On + 6 Off $737.00+ Electric
Rates are based on a two person occupancy
Extra residents will be charged $6.00 daily, per person.
Visiting Guest under the age of 5 will not be charged
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is included in the daily & weekly rates.
A $100.00 electric deposit is required for monthly & 6 On + 6 Off.
The $100.00 deposit will be applied to the final electric bill.
Electricity is individually metered & charged accordingly.
RV, BOAT, & VEHICLES STORAGE
Residents $88.00 per month + tax
Non-Residents $121.00 per month + tax
With electric for battery charger/ refrigerator (if available) $45.00 per month in addition to the storage fee
ALL RENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCED
6 On + 6 Off
The 6 On + 6 Off plan requires you to stay six consecutive months at a discounted monthly rate of $670.00, which means you are required to leave the park for 6 months. If you are on the 6 on + 6 off plan and would like to stay an additional month you will be charged additional $130.00 per month.
LATE PAYMENTS
There will be a late fee of $75.00 added to all late payments after 5 days.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be paid on rent not used.
RESERVATIONS
Specific sites cannot be requested, or assigned in advance. Lots will be assigned upon arrival.
