Weekly         -  $190.00   (Includes Electric)
Monthly        -  $410.00 + Electric April thru December
Monthly        -  $510.00 + Electric Jan, Feb, March
6 + 6 Plan     -  $305.00 + Electric
Annual Plan -  $330.00 + Electric

Rates are based on occupancy by two (2) persons.
Any and all extra persons will be charged $3.00 per person per day.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is included in the Daily and Weekly rates. A $100.00 electric deposit is required for Monthly, 6 + 6 and Annual Plans, and will be applied against the last month's electric bill. Electricity is individually metered and charged accordingly.

RV, BOAT & VEHICLE STORAGE (IN THE PARK STORAGE AREA)
Residents (3 month minimum) $35.00 per month + tax
Non-residents (3 month minimum) $65.00 per month + tax
With electric for battery charger / refrigerator (if available) $25.00 per month

ALL RENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE

6 + 6 PLAN
Based upon at least 6 months on-site, followed by 6 month occupancy. Occupancy beyond the regular 6 month season may be extended for an additional $100.00 per month.

ANNUAL PLAN
To qualify for annual rate, you must:
(1) Have established 12 consecutive months of rental history OR
(2) Purchase a unit which is tied down
A 30-day written notice will be required if you decide to terminate participation in the Annual Plan program.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS - CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
Daily        $30.00
Weekly  $100.00
Monthly $200.00

LATE PAYMENTS
There will be a charge of $25.00 added to all late payments after 5 days.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be paid on rent not used. Reservation refunds will be paid only when a WRITTEN 30-DAY cancellation notice is received for monthly reservation, 10 day cancellation notice is received for weekly reservation, or 3 day cancellation notice is received for daily reservation.

The management reserves the right to relocate your RV reservation to another site if necessary.
